The Alabama Constitution at Article 1, Declaration of Rights, has 36
powerful Sections of giving the INALIENABLE AND INDEFEASIBLE GOD GIVEN
RIGHTS OF PROTECTION TO THE PEOPLE. Government was instituted by the
PEOPLE
and the Governor and Legislators were chosen from among the people. That
means the Governor and the Legislators are subordinate (servants) to the
people. Now that's a revelation!
The Alabama Constitution at Article 1, Section 2. People source of power.
This provides that the People have at all times an inalienable and
indefeasible right to change their form of government in such manner as
they
may deem expedient. However, as I have to my dismay, found out there is no
mechanism within the State of Alabama for the People to change their
Government. Only the Legislators have the authority to amend the
Constitution which they have done over 770 times. Each Amendment taking
just
a little bit more of your life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.
There are two Amendments that need to be provided in this Legislative
Session: (1) Provide a Judicial Accountability & Integrity Law (J.A.I.L.)
www.jail4judges.org and (2) Provide an Initiative and Referendum Law (HB
325). Both of these Laws would be Amendments to the Constitution to be
voted
on by the People in November 2006. Both of these Laws would give Rights to
the People (1) to end Judicial Immunity when Judges violate the
Constitution, the Law or their Oath of Office; and (2) to allow the
mechanism for the PEOPLE to alter and change their Constitution by
Initiative and Referendum.
The People are calling for Public Hearings on J.A.I.L. and I & R. Your
Legislators need to hear from "We the PEOPLE". If Legislators don't want
to
hear from us now then they will hear from us in November.
