Our National Organization is on a dedicated mission to bring Judicial
Accountability to every State. Like our National Organization the Alabama
Chapter is going to create a forum in which to hold Judges accountable to
the people under constitutional standards. The term "judge" shall mean
justice, judge, magistrate, commissioner, judge pro term, private judge,
judicial mediator, arbitrator and referee, and every person shielded by
judicial immunity. No immunities shall be extended to any Judge for:
1. Deliberate violation of law
2. Fraud or Conspiracy
3. Intentional violation of due process of law
4. Deliberate disregard of material facts
5. Judicial acts without jurisdiction
6. Blocking of a lawful conclusion of a case
7. Any deliberate violation of the Constitutions of Alabama or
the United States
We do NOT get involved by any ruling by a Judge. There is a Judicial
Appeals
process for the Litigants which are used everyday. However, after the
Appeals are exhausted and it is believed the Judge violated his "Oath of
Office" and may have committed any one of the above discretions during the
Court Proceedings, then the Judicial Accountability & Integrity
Legislation
Amendment added to Alabama's Constitution will provide "We the People"
with
Judicial Accountability.

After the signing of the Constitution Thomas Jefferson said; "Where is the
"check" on the Judiciary? There is none but when J.A.I.L. is Amended to
every State's Constitution then there will be a "check" on the Judiciary.
