It doesn't fit his agenda, so it's ALWAYS left out.

An im****tant distinction with Ken and Ted and the mental
health exam. Ted has been asked to take one by a few people. He's
refused, and no ill effects have come from this,
Ken initially refused and was punished for it.
If one can be punished for refusing a request, it's no longer
a request.

It's absolutely [expletive deleted] up! [1] He had to wait
far too long for the first trial, and now may be waiting until
September for the second one.
This is madness. Yes, it's ultimately Cameron's fault that
he's sitting in jail. He has it in his power to get the trial started
much sooner.
Even so, there should be SOME time limit, even when the
defendant has waived the right to a speedy trial.

The evidence I've seen convinces me that Cameron murdered
Lauren. However, I've not seen all the evidence.
For some reason, Team Cameron isn't making the exculpatory
evidence available to the general public. And if Ted is to be
believed, Geragos intentionally withheld the H-Bomb exculpatory
evidence from the jury.
Yes, I've accepted that Ted lied when he made that claim. I'm
sure he also lied when he claimed Geragos withheld the evidence
because presenting it could get Hum disbarred.
[1] Note to Ted, and anyone else interested. I'm quite certain God
knows the word I'm referencing. I'm simply trying to be cute.
