The following E-Mail was sent to each of the Democratic and Republican
Presidential Candidates and to the Congressional Leadership on October 22,
2007. Thus far not one has responded.
You may want to do something similar particularly if you have seen Aaron
Russo's "America: Freedom to Fascism". Ask the Candidates and your
Congress
Members yourself and just see what kind of response you get!

time
they told Americans the truth!
Now Hillary is promoting a fair and "heavy progressive" income tax. Wake
up
America that is direct from the Karl Mark's Ten Planks of the Communist
Manifesto! Where is the News Media????
IF PRESIDENT WILL YOU BE THE PROBLEM OR THE SOLUTION?
President Bush has consistently appointed individuals to his Cabinet that
blatantly ignore the Legislative Branch of Government and enforce
un-Constitutional Laws in direct violation to their "Oath of Office". This
"Oath" sworn unto GOD to uphold, to protect and to defend the Constitution
of the United States of America, if not upheld, will just make the United
States Congress a superfluous Legislative Branch of Government. We can no
longer continue to ignore the lackadaisical actions of these lackey Public
Servants of the Bush Administration.
The Secretary of the Treasury, Henry M. Paulson, Jr., is deemed now in
direct violation of his "Oath of Office", which he swore on to GOD.
It is now time for the United States Congress to uphold their
Constitutional
duty and IMPEACH Secretary Henry M. Paulson for violation of his "Oath of
Office" and his flagrant obstruction of justice of the Citizen's of the
United States of America.
I stand ready along with many others to testify before Congress in support
of the Impeachment of the Secretary of the Treasury, Henry M. Paulson, Jr.
I am anxiously awaiting your positive response.
OATH OF OFFICE MANDATE
Dear Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr.:
1. Cite the Statute and provide a copy of the Statute that the
Secretary of the Treasury is using which clearly and unequivocally makes
me
liable for (subject to) the tax imposed within subtitle A of the Internal
Revenue Code (IRC).
2. The Law says the OMB Number expires three years after it is issued
pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act, 44 U.S.C. 3500-3520 (PRA). Please
provide a copy of the document(s) that were used to obtain the current
bona
fide OMB valid control number from the Office of Management and Budget for
the IRS 1040 Form. The 1040 Form must show an expiration date for the OMB
Number required by the PRA. No one is required to complete any Government
form that is not in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
3. I do dispute the legality and validity of all of the Internal
Revenue tax assessments. As of this date the IRS has provided no
authenticated documentation. The IRS has not stated how it lawfully
arrived
at the assessments. The IRS has not followed due process of law. The IRS
has
not showed where I am made liable for any of the alleged taxes assessed
against me. I asked where I am made liable for any of these alleged taxes.
The issue clearly raised challenges to the validity and amount of
underlying
tax liability pursuant to IRC § 6330(c)(2)(B).
The time for inaction is over! We must adopt the attitude of William
Jennings Bryan, who once said:
"We do not come as aggressors. Our war is not a war of conquest; we are
fighting in the defense of our homes, our families, and posterity. We have
petitioned, and our petitions have been scorned; we have entreated, and
our
entreaties have been disregarded; we have begged, and they have mocked. We
beg no longer; we entreat no more; we petition no more. We defy them!"
