Ladies and Gentlemen, J.A.I.L. is NOT an option; J.A.I.L. is NOT one of
many. J.A.I.L. IS unique! You've heard Mr. Branson say "J.A.I.L. is the
ONLY answer" --because it IS! --not because he wrote it, but because it
is
the ONLY means offered by which the people can take rightful control of
their government. By holding judges accountable to the people under
constitutional scrutiny, all of government tyranny will be affected
because
it's the judges, at all levels, that have the final say on how government
will conduct itself.
After the Constitution was accepted by the Colonies Thomas Jefferson said,
Where is the CHECK on the JUDICIARY? There is NONE.
J.A.I.L. WILL BE THE "CHECK" ON THE JUDICIARY..........
Amendment E (J.A.I.L.) in South Dakota if passed by the Voters on November
7th will be the first State to have a CONSTITUTIONAL "CHECK" ON THE
JUDICIARY.
