get dna from everyone at birth,
why is taking a dna sample a very scary thought?
because they might plant what you have?
I think they can safeguard that by having like a video of people going in
and out and documenting what has been touched with video cameras.
Obviously one would have to be filmed taking your dna and planting it, I
think its a fantastic idea
