I've noticed, not just on this newsgroup, but pretty much across the whole
USENET there seems to be an explosion of Spam out of the UK. Has to be
some
automated program doing this for it's to widespread that I can't imagine
any
person taking the time to enter it all. I just wish there could be some
way
to fine or charge them for deliberate mischief.
