loosely. Comcast always seemed to be the low bidder. I haven't heard

I think that Charter is still across Shoal Creek, is it not? Basically
Charter served Killen, Rogersville, Lexington and surrounding
metropoli, to the east, stopping short of Athens.
I suppose to get the true answer, you would have to investigate the
deals made under tables and on golf courses.
