One of the problems is the how many Gary. I don't think race is the
problem. I think having different standards based on race is a big cancer
on both political parties.
Only one standard should be used for hiring and that is the most
qualified and the person with the right temperament for that job. Many
politicians have lower standards for blacks than whites while lecturing
people on equality and race.
Profiling is an example. We use profiling in our daily lives more than
intellectual thought. Examples: If we see a motorist on our commute who
is driving abnormally we try and avoid that motorist based on our
experience. If something happens to a piece of equipment that we use
regularly we check for a prior known causes and it usually is effective.
We choose our friends on who is more closely perceived to fit our idea of
what a friend should be. Many times we make these decisions about people
we have never met before. If we find ourselves driving between big semi's
we usually try to get out of that situation because we perceive possible
danger, not because we hate truck drivers. Animals use a version of
profiling known as instincts to survive.
If animals modified their behavior as current political views on race are
made they would quickly become extinct. A rabbit trying to play nice with
a fox or hawk is short lived.
When Blacks stop letting young thugs and criminals dictate their culture
and life and sup****t these groups against the police and constantly blame
police for using profiling to catch the criminals and thugs because it
works, then I will change my opinion of whether anyone from that group
should be trusted to run this country and appoint people to positions who
collectively could make this country become more like Africa or the large
cities than what we already have.

This may seem racist but blacks and whites have different values when it
comes to human life and respect for an orderly society. Many younger
whites seem to be moving toward the drug and violent prone culture of
most blacks.
