I snipped most of the, very good, reply only because my comment doesn't as
much relate to the context of your reply but more to the word Democracy.

I have heard that our country was never to be a Democracy but rather was
to
be established as a republic and although I think many use one term when
they mean the other we find that our country, at times, wanders from one
to
the other in that with the money that's given to politicians and how they
tend to be swayed more by the lobbyist rather than the needs of the people
over all makes us more a democracy than a republic.

one of race or *** but is one or wealth or have's verse those that are
below
or outside a certain economic level.
