I got Bell south DSL a couple of years ago and their service is usually
good although I had a problem in the CO last December, and it took 3
tries to find a problem causing a short on the tip side. This was not a
DSL problem but a problem originating in the CO effecting the regular
phone line as well as DSL. They finally got it fixed the 3rd time.
The 3rd call they were responding with a little more urgency, although
this happened over a month period.
Repair with AT&T is stateside but you usually deal with someone in India
if you call DSL customer sup****t.
If you expect very much these days you will usually be dissappointed with
tech sup****t.
