My point is it's hype. Sure there are places around the world that are
suffering for the need of water just like there are places around the
world
that are getting cooler and warmer in climate temperatures. The folks up
in
Middle America have a bit too much water these last weeks than they cared
for. Georgia is now in the process of catching up. My point is that
certain people are over reacting to many perceived crisis that in many
cases
are theoretical, or at least the scale they are on is. My caution and
problem is when those people want to "paint with a wide brush" so to say
and
place restrictions on living and what we do on everyone else just because
they perceive there to be a problem that might happen or a theoretical
problem at that when we have so many other truly threatening things that
are
allowed to go un-noticed or un-mentioned.
Sometimes problems, such as water shortages, are caused due to poor
planning
in allowing unbridled growth that overtaxes a regions or areas natural
resources and then other times that, from the beginning, exceeds that
which
an area can be expected to supply.
