This test mirrors many of the other test comparing the computers and
Operating Systems but what I find interesting, as mentioned on page four
of
the article, is that both Macintosh Computers beat the PC Models in
running
Microsoft VISTA. In other words the fastest way to run Vista is to run it
under the Macintosh OSX in the Virtual environment.
I'm no professional or expert by any means but making just observation
comparisons of my Toshiba Laptop with Windows XP Home against my MacBook
Pro
running Leopard OSX 10.5 Operating System and VM Ware's Fusion Windows XP
runs much faster, programs run faster and I have yet to see a program
freeze
or lockup or even blue screen running Windows under the Mac Virtual
environment so go figure? Now I hope I don't jinx myself.
