Well saying speed limit isn't exactly right but here are some sites each of
you might find helpful in determining or testing your internet connection
speed. They are speed test sites.
1) www.speed.fastaccess.com
2) www.bandwidthplace.com
3) www.speedtest.net
4) www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
Of the above #1 is for testing AT&T DSL circuits. 3 & 4 allow you to pick
the location from which the speed is tested. Most are very accurate and
agree with each other but at least lets you test the quality of your
circuit.
