Neither, since the advice is 85% wrong.  It applies to the ****tion of
the beach which is in front of Club Orient, but that is only about 15%
of the length of the beach at the south end.  With the exception of
one other very short section, the beach is essentially NOT **** and
cameras are common.   But I don't think a **** camera session would be
appreciated in the de facto non-**** part of the beach.

Well, there is a long undeveloped section near the north end of the
beach  where there's "nobody" and thus I suppose ****ity and camera
wouldn't offend anyone.

The Mt Vernon hotel complex at the north end of the beach strongly
discourages ****ity.
