I am going to assume that you really are a photographer and that you
are bringing your own model and not planning to 'pick one up"  on the
beach.  Remember... any pevert with a camera can be an amateur
photograoher! 

There are several resorts in Jamaica that would likely allow this if
you clear it with them first and use a part of the beach during a time
of day when your pictures will not be an inconvenience or threat to
the privacy of other guests. If the pics are of YOUR MODEL ONLY!
 I have seen photo shoots like this take place at Hedonism II and
Hedonism III (although Hedo III has very little beach worth taking
pics of!).  These have been done very early in the AM and in such a
place and time that no guests could accidentally appear in the
photographs.  
    In both cases I saw a resort employee was there to be certain that
the photographer was doing what he claimed and ONLY that.   Sad and
desparate **** beach gawkers might try any lame cover story to invade
the privacy of others with a camera.
