Perhaps at the "Club Orient" end of the beach.  As a clothing optional
resort they tend to be picky.

Along the rest, as long as you are not taking pictures of
non-consenting people, nobody is going top say anything.  I took
several pictures from a balcony restaurant along the beach.  Had one of
them as the background on my computer at work for months.  Funny thing
was that you could count at least three topless people sunning and one
**** person walking along the beach in the photo.

Now, back to the original poster, if you go about 2/3 of the way North
on Orient Beach you get into a  fairly wild and undeveloped area.  The
naturists stroll up and down the beach from one end to the other
regularly, so you won't attract any undue attention if someone is ****
along this part of the beach.  There are some nice rocks and sand dunes
about the 3/5 point north which would make a really nice backdrop.
