This, my friends, is how holocaust and genocide starts.  It starts
small, with someone blaming some group for all of the world's
problems.  If no one stands up to these attempts, if not enough people
stand up to it, the hate spreads and grows until Jews or Mexicans or
Blacks or Chinese or some non-white, non-christian groups are rounded
up, imprisoned, tortured, robbed, raped and murdered.

I know that I'm making quite a leap from someone blaming Jews to
warning of genocide but all genocides start out small, like a few
people blaming someone.  Don't let these people continue.  Stop them
somehow.
