Bob Charland is a good father. He has done everything he can do to
ensure his 11-yr-old daughter is happy, healthy, and receives a proper
education. He spends as much time as he can with his daughter, and when
she needs him, he is always there for her. Unfortunately for Bob - and
more tragically, his daughter - the mother in this family picture has
not been quite so caring.
