The mayor is the first on the list to take the blame.  He is more
interested in protecting his La Raza buddies than the citizens (even
the hardworking illegals) from these terrorists. He'd rather raise
taxes than rescind Special Order 40 and let the LAPD turn these
criminals over to ICE.

This ethnic cleansing of blacks has been going on for too long - and
nobody says anything!
