What a bunch of horse ****. According to your free market economics, we 
'Murricans should have a Mexican police force 'cuz they'll work cheaper, 
a Mexican armed forces because they're cheaper, and even a Mexican 
gubermint 'cuz it would be cheaper. It just doesn't work that way.
