    	Ever heard of Posse Comitatus.
    	It restricts the use of the military in law enforcement.
    	Now I suppose gummint could put the whole of LA under martial
    	law but I rather suspect that the usual suspects would have
    	grand mal seizures at the very thought of such a thing.
