This is it. This is the reason. Happens every day, even further down the
ladder. Spitzer was a semi-big fish, which is why they got him, (still
not
charged with any crime). But, there have been hundreds of others..whacked
even before they might be so revealing, or really, EVEN HAVE ANYTHING TO
REVEAL!!
Sometimes, it's enough to just be 'suspected' of knowing something, that
will get one whacked.
Meantime, they aren't going to bring him to trial, for the very reasons
you've
said. He would speak to the truth, and that's why he got whacked in the
first place.
If there was a chance of him going to trial, he'd be suicided first.
That's
how these guys operate but now Spitzer has nothing to lose and must speak
up
or be relegated to the eternal stinking pile of victims..
