Here is a simple analogy.
You want to get your house painted so you calculate the cost and go to the
bank to get a loan. You take the money and give it to your neighbor so he
can paint his house. Next, you decide your house needs landscaping. Once
again you go to the bank and get a loan and give the money to your
neighbor
so he can get new landscaping.
At the end of the day your neighbor is very happy and you are left
wondering
why you don't have any money.
