ISP.COM, an internet service provider, has recently begun bouncing
nym server mail and anonymous remailer mail. This blocking of email
traffic has begun within the last month as I send test messages to an
email account there monthly.
It is possible that they also block PGP encrypted mail not sent
through remailers or nyms, but I have not tested this.
Emails to their customer service email address initially received a
canned response blaming it on their "backbone" blocking whole
domains. However, such blocking would not be done without their
knowledge or agreement. Further emails to their customer serivice
demanding details and that the practice be stopped received no
further response from them.
I would advise anyone doing business with them to stop immediately.
Please desseminate this information far and wide.
