Well said. Give companies tax credits for bringing jobs back from
china to the U.S. or central america. It solves 3 problems at one
time.

That will only work it seems to me, "if" with these tax breaks, the
company 
can use US citizens, and still be competitive in this new global 
marketplace.

Takes money from the chicoms
Puts people to work here and in central america
builds an economy in central america so the illegals stay home

How do you "build" an ecomony in another country?  If it was that easy,
why 
hasn't it already been done?  If that was possible, then we should not
have 
such a thing as third world countries, would we?
