use the money you'd use to develop hydrogen for cars and develop light
weight, 
large capacity batteries and build cars that are totally electric powered?
I 
have a few electrical outlets in my home but can't find a single hydrogen 
outlet.

What does all that matter in the "safety" or "explosive" discussion?!?
