Are you the least bit aware of the vast distances in the American
West? Do they teach that in Geography over there or do you think we
all hopscotch on down to the corner pub or maybe motor a few miles out
into the country and that's that? When an American westerner is
paying $3.69 a gallon for gasoline, it is about the same as you paying
twice as much as you are now.
