Here's tonight's severe weather alert from Waco's News Channel 25.
Yikes, it's a big terrible thunderstorm over Crawford. But it should
clear up by tomorrow evening. Meanwhile, all the poor people in
Crawford have offered their barns and double-wides as vacation rentals
for the wedding guests, but the elites aren't falling for that.

A small but powerful storm pummeled parts of the Crawford area with
hail Friday night, but President Bush and the 200 family and friends
in Central Texas for his daughter=92s wedding were in Salado, more than
50 miles south.
The storm, bringing nickel-sized hail and winds up to 50 mph, at one
point appeared centered over the 1,600-acre Bush ranch =97 site of this
evening=92s wedding of first daughter Jenna Bush and Henry Hager.

Fenced Ranch
A no-fly zone over the Bush ranch will keep away paparazzi.
Roadblocks, surveillance cameras and chain-link wire fencing around
the dusty ranch will keep away the curious.
Even if tourists were able to get in, they'd have to drive miles down
a winding road to the unmarked Bush Prairie Chapel ranch. And all they
would see if they drove to the ranch's fence are thick rolls of hay,
knee-high stalks of corn, and miles and miles of brown Texas grass;
Bush's residence is buried deep within the property.
``It really is a private event,'' Johndroe said.
