Hydrogen is horrible to store. Nature never uses it. It combines it with 
carbon to vastly increase its density. It should be possible to use N
power 
to produce propane and octane.

Nothing wrong with CO2. Besides, manufacturing hydrocarbon fuels would 
consume CO2 and just release it when it is burned. No net increase.
