Registering a gun will not stop murder. A strong deterrent to killing
will. You can kill with a knife, hammer or a car but no one will stop us
from driving to a friends house to help him build a locking gun case.
If you are against Gay Marriage, it’s not a phobia, it’s your opinion.
You have the right "NOT" to be tolerant of others because they are
different, weird, or tick you off.
When 50% of the people who get arrested are Native in the inner city,
where 50% of the population is Native, that is not racial profiling, it
is the Law of Probability.
In Canada you have to learn to skate. The Oil Companies raise the price
at the pump by 10 cents in a matter of hours. But the Price drops at the
pumps by a cent a month. The Oil Companies tell the Government that they
are not making a profit...After the Government looks into this, they
agree. Our Beef Farmers sell there beef at 20 cents a pound to the big
meat packers. The packers sell to the stores. Yet the Packers were asked
to show their books to the Government...they replied “Sorry no way,
that’s confidential material”. The Meat Packers and Oil Companies are so
good, they should make up Canada’s Oylmpic Figure Skating Team.
I think we should use our oil, beef, grain, minerals for Canadians first
and if there is an excess...then trade. Look after home first.
Political Correctness really has gone to far. The Natives, the French
have to get used to the idea...THEY LOST. They have to join the majority
of people and live as one people in one Canada. We can not afford, to
keep having special interest groups and so called down trodden
minorities thrusting thier hands in our pockets for something that
happened before my great, great, great, European grandfather decided
that Canada would be a nice place to live. Get it through your thick
money grabbing skull, we are all minorities.
I don't think being a minority makes you a victim of anything except
numbers. The only things I can think of that are truly discriminatory
are things like the All Native University, Aboriginal Peoples Television
Network, Quebec, Reservations. Try to have things like the All Caucasian
University, White Entertainment Television, English only Schools in
Quebec, and see what happens...Aboriginal and Francaphone Organisations
will be knocking down your door.
Before anyone becomes a Canadian Citizen, you should not have a criminal
record, you should have enough money to live on for an entire year, you
should have a job where you are able to speak clear understandable,
English, all before you arrive. You should not expect that the laws and
religion of your country apply here. You should not expect any special
loan programs, government sponsored bank loans or tax breaks, etc., so
you can open a hotel, coffee shop, trinket store, or any other business
just because you are a minority.
If your children get into trouble, you and only you, have to be able to
take them over your knee and spank the word NO into thier bottom. Quite
whinning about your troubled kid and blaming some form of our socity for
your childs problems. Take responsibity for your kid. The Justice system
has to learn to punish as well. Together, the two, will be a deterent to
Youth Crime.
