The US/CDN relationship (revised)

by spliffeh@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Jun 30, 2006 at 11:36 PM

I posted this thread about Canadians, and the war in iraq, in this
group, about 3 years ago. I think it was the first day of the Iraq War
(v2.0)

I would like to publically apologize. This must be put 'on the
record' for history's sake.

I still agree with the "political economic comments" I made about the
CDN-US relationship... but....but.... now we all understand much more
about our friends to the south, and their shameful pathetic
self-serving destructive leadership, then we did 3 years ago.

I'd like to thank Prime Minister Chretien and all those who had FAR
more vision then myself.

I was wrong.

I feel sorry for USA, the dying giant.

ps - Canada would like to sign up for the European Union... We're
willing to move if necessary..... (it involves a complicated system
consisting of 2.4 million beavers networked in a titanium harness which
orbits from space).
