NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (AP) -- A powerful storm and likely a tornado hit =
the New Orleans area early Tuesday, killing an elderly woman, injuring =
more than two dozen people and damaging dozens of businesses and homes =
in a region still trying to recover from Hurricane Katrina.
