Please provide evidence that only "Mexican [sic] and their descendants"
are the only ones working in those 'franchises.'"
Why is the word "franchises" in quotes? Do you have evidence that each
establishment isn't run by an independent franchisee?
Please provide evidence that non-Mexicans have applied for jobs and been
turned down on the basis of race. Heck, provide evidence of a complaint
of such.
Also note that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which makes
racial discrimination in employment illegal, applies only to employers of
15 or more persons. So please restrict your examples to franchises with
this size workforce.
