Anyone with any common sense can look at how sub-Saharan Africans live

to this day, the same as they did 3K years ago- subsistence living in 
mud and straw huts; unable to feed themselves; raping children, goats,

and monkeys; superstitious beliefs; unable to grasp basic health and 
sanitation; unable to set-up and maintain a basic infrastructure 
providing electricity, water, etc.; What infrastructure they do have
is 
a result of colonialism.
Then there is the academic community's evaluation... here's what one 
well known scholar has to say:

No sub-Saharan society has ever developed mathematics, a
written language, formal educational institutions, or the wheel,
while white and Asian societies have done so many times.
