It says one of Lance's wheel dogs was tired and slowing down.
Lance said third place is just fine with him, that taking care of
his dogs is the most im****tant thing.

Maybe the video that I can't watch on that website shows the
interview with him. He was snacking and resting the dogs while
they interviewed him. (My dialup connection won't play videos.)

Anyway, Mitch took first and Jeff came in second. Good race!
