Congress can fund public works. Why shouldn't they decide what
to fund? That's called oversight, its their job.

A military aerial training range. Approx value to local economy,
zero. Military ops are of national im****t. not local.

Hate to tell you, the GOVT-owned Alaska RR makes money.

The navy has funded haarp for years without Uncle Ted because
they want the research done. Guys in subs are counting on it.
Who th **** are you to decide what science is worth their money?

Again, low impact on local economy. not exactly your typical
****k barrel project, like freeways, transit n housings.
