No rice in Fairbanks!

Sam's, Fred Meyers, Safeway, and the Seoul Grocery Store have only
small bags 3 lbs or less.  Rice today and flour tomorrow.  The global
famine is about to begin.   It is the lull before the storm.  There
are food riots in five nations right now.  The checkout clerks said
people are hoarding food now.
