Ever meet or talk to Jack Coghill?  There is a *very*
good reason he is called "Jack Cogloose".

Talking to Jack is much like talking to a stump.

Describe it that way to *anyone* who has worked in
Juneau with the State government while Cogloose was
there, and they will immediately agree!

Gerald probably didn't notice that Jack didn't
comprehend a word he said though...
