Get a copy of Schoenfield's "The Passover Plot". It shows Jesus did not 
die on the cross. You mite have a look at "Satanic Verses" as well, 
which challenges many of the ideas in Islam.

One of the reasons I've returned to the study of Native European 
spirituality is a result of reading Nietzsche, "The Birth of Tragedy".

He notes that while Dionysianism (ie traditional Native European 
religion) was based on works of theater claiming allegorical truth, the 
Levantine religions (including Islam) was based on works of literature 
claiming literal truth.

If you just dont get it, it makes perfect sense to prefer a Levantine 
religion. But when you look at the history, its what you do *NOT* see in 
Native European religions. We didnt hold heresy trials, witchunts, 
inquisitions, or genocides of those who had other beliefs.

We didnt go to war in the name of Allah, Jesus, or Jehovah, but for our 
own political and economic interests. We were not hypocrites.
