Alan, let me clue you in on a drink that has been a sensation here.

In a large (preferably 16 ounce) glass, pour 2 ounces of Skim Plus or
other 
fortified skim milk. (1% will have to do in a pinch). Pour in one 12 ounce

can of Dr. Brown's Diet Cream Soda. Pour carefully so as not to lose the 
creamy head.

You will have a frothy vanilla egg cream that will bring tears to the eyes

of true members of the Lower East Side Gourmet Society.
