I did not say that Jews were not Semites. Altho, AFAIK, the Ashkenazi 
were descended from a group of Central Asian Aryans whose king converted 
to Judaism, IIRC, in the 6th century.

The DNA clouds the issue as well; both the Aryans and the Semites have 
about 60 Y chromosome lines, some of which are found in both groups. 
What differentiates the Native European is not the male line, but the 
mtDNA. Sykes, "The Seven Daughters of Eve" re****ts that there are only 7 
mtDNA lines indigenous to Europe that lived there from 50,000 to 10kya.

I noted what he did not, that 50kya, the only females in Europe were 
Neanderthal. The main diff between the Aryans and Semites is the DNA 
from the Neanderthals.
