actually it's the other way around

one who's originating from some a lame ass country that not only
wouldn't survive without foreign handouts, but wouldn't even come into
being without foreign intervention and continious sup****t, where the
populations 30% lives under poverty line, etc, and et cetera

so if such a loser tries to criticize and denigrate an other country
that is not only a regional superpower, but also listed on the imf's
list as a *developed nation*
