Minister Diane Finlay and Minister Stockwell Day,

I am QUITE CONCERNED about the refugee claimant, Mr. Iraj
Ghahramaiani, the
famous Iranian comedic entertainer who has been in Canada since April
3rd 1999.

And ONLY NOW! the Government of Canada is going to ****P HIM BACK TO
HIS
NATIVE COUNTRY due to *minor* inconsistencies in his refugee claim.

It is alleged that THIS YEAR the Government of Canada refused his
humanitarian
and compassionate claim sup****ted by 800+ letters on the grounds that
he was
on SOCIAL ASSISTANCE.

He has *ALREADY* BEEN HERE EIGHT (8)! YEARS and he has family members
here: his wife who is Canadian and four (4) half-brothers. In
addition, he looked after
his father who died and is probably buried in Canda.

Is the Government of Canada saying that refugee claimants CAN STAY
*PROVIDED*
they have the money to sup****t themselves?

IF THAT IS THE CASE, then the Government of Canada must come out and
say so.

And so it seems because it's ALLEGED that 10,000 Moslems entered
Canada through
THE BACKDOOR (by bribing Government officials), Moslems with a lot of
teenagers who
can work after school and on weekends in the Tim Hortons, Wendys,
A&Ws, etc. in
order to sup****t their families.

And it is SUSPECTED that those alleged Government officials who
accepted bribes
to order to process these 10,000 people EXPECT to receive A LITTLE
INSURANCE
MONEY *ANNUALLY* so that they are not faced with a de****tation order
obliging
them to return to an UNBEARABLE LIFE in their country of origin..

Does that sound like GOVERNMENT RAQUETTEERING to you?

>From the sound of things, It would appear that Mr. Iraj Ghahramaiani
is ONLY
GUILTY OF NOT BRIBING a Government official.

My political party, =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada ( http://www.eh-ok.ca),
is
*VERY INTERESTED*
IN HIS CASE as a PRIME EXAMPLE of Canadian immigration policy going
awry by a
GOVERNMENT that seems to be RUN BY CROOKS.

Seriously, after having lived EIGHT (8)! YEARS in Canada and given the
fact that he is
PROVEN TO BE *A VALUED* member of his community and in light of the
fact that
he HAS A *CANADIAN* WIFE and FAMILY MEMBERS HERE, Mr. Iraj
Ghahramaiani
has acquired - most certainly - the right under Tort Law to remain in
Canada and become
a PROUD CANANDIAN.

Sending him back to Iran AT THIS *LATE* JUNCTURE can only NEGATIVELY
IMPACT
Canada's relation****p with ALL! Moslem countries.

To do so would be A SERIOUS *HUMANITARIAN* MISTAKE.

What kind of country is Canada, anyway?

What is going on in Canada when a person of Mr. Iraj Ghahramaiani's
calibre is
SENT PACKING because he is SHORT OF FUNDS?

Are refugee claimants expected to bribe Government officials?

These are "some" of the questions that arise in Mr. Iraj
Ghahramaiani's case.

What do you think?

I think THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL.

Respectfully yours,

Kenneth Selin (say'leen)
