Top-flight City of Toronto cronie, Kevin Dwyer, says that his 7-day
stay at the Ryerson Univeristy Residence prior to coming to the
Seaton's (nicknamed: "Satan's") Place (men's hostel commonly called a
shelter) at 339 George Street off Gerrard Street just a block over to
the East of Javis and Gerrard Streets, the fact that he dislikes
Ottawa Police Chief Bevan (now retired since March 07 - an
unanticipated retirement), and Ryerson University Incidence where the
Toronto Police described him as delusional when he was only trying to
promote his political party, the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada), suggests to
him that the President/Party Leader of the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada is
mentally ill and is authorizing that he be evaluated by a psychiatrist
as a condition of his stay at Seaton Place.
The President/Party Leader of the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada construes
the whole matter as one of *PSYCHOLOGICAL* TERRORISM by a CRIME-RIDDEN
State.
With ALL the "intellectually deficent" cops and undercops *UNABLE* to
after BAY STREET ORGANIZED CRIME and the provincial Attornery
Gernerals and the Attorney Gerneral of Canada *REFUSING* to go after
BAY STREET ORGANIZED CRIME who work with the Freesmasonic governmental
apparatus TO FLEECING THE CANADIAN TAX PAYER blind especially the PPPs
(Public Privat Partnerships) Canadians being SERIOUSLY ABUSED BY THEIR
GOVERNMENT and THE ABUSE WILL ONLY GET WORST according to President/

THE CHERRY BEACH REVITALIZATION PROJECT, he believes, is GOOR
REFLECTION of *THE REAL STATE OF AFFAIRS* of the City of Toronto. All
THREE (3) levels of Government put money aside for its 2004 completion
according to the timeline on the publicy board there. There was
supposed to be a board walk. There is NO BOARDWALK. There was supposed
to be a picnic shelter. There is NO PICNIC SHELTER. The washrooms and
lifeguard house were supposed to be restored. They are NOT RESTORED.

The citizens of Ontario, of Toronto, and of ALL! Canada MUST *NOT*
VOTE as voting only legitimizes CRIME-RIDDEN GOVERNMENT that has a NON-
