I agree with everything being done in the above paragraph. I think
that kids should be tried as adults for adult crimes, also they should
do adult time. Rapists and pedo's should be hung by their balls in
the city center until their rotting corpse fall off the rope. The
problem is not with the police or prosecutors. It's with the courts
that have a death penalty case like Mumia's that drags on for over 30
years. I think that in a DP case the state should pay 100% of the
bill so that the accused can have all of his witnesses and evidence
experts etc to make sure there are no mistakes. Also, if either side
withholds evidence they should face the penalty the accused did. But
when a DP case is finished it should have one trip up the ladder to
the SCOTUS, reviewed and looked at. Then if the guy is not
overturned, say within a year or 2 tops, he's toast, period.
