I replied "hardly", weirdo. Being beyond the range of mind has different 
modality. But I saw live on TV with my own eyes children who escaped 
Chechen slaughter telling about "fall out of a basketball hoop" story 
referred to as "Russian governmental sources" in your premise. Ergo your 
wild conclusion is based on lies.
