On July 2, 2005, Xinhua News Agency re****ted a recent development for
Peking University where the university officials picked ten major
student behaviors considered "uncivilized" and demonstrated them as
comic strips.

Basically the Peking University students had no problems with the
official "uncivilized" list except the 9th: lovers showing too much
passion in public. A student asked the interesting question "now the
government allows university students to get married, and why it is not
acceptable for people to 'act naturally'?"
