Drivers are re****tedly to queue for rationed petrol, and refiners are
limiting output of some fuels. The article re****ts that shortages
appear to involve the cheapest grades of petrol.
According to the article, oil analyst Han Xuegong of China National
Petroleum Corp. said that "surging crude prices have greatly hurt
(Sinopec's) refining business when central government controls the
price of oil to stabilise the market."
