Han-Nul So Geh Ho-Rang EE

The Devil was in Jong-Gun as he enlarged the more the devil's presence
would be dominant. His wife was a measly woman still pretty in her
years. Jong-Gun was impotent sexually, but he dreamed of having two
sons. So his anguish was focused on her since he needed control.. But
one day after a sleezy night, a child was conceived. He could
identify the things in the hospital he was born in. The child didn't
cry after being delivered, though the doctors spanked him to cry.
Jong-Gun was proud of this as a sign of early intelligence and
maturity. Jashuni was his given name by his grandfather would was a
tight man holding a rod proudly, delivered against Jong-Gun when he
was younger and much less disciplined.

Jashuni after 8 years of growing up in the city of Seoul.. He used his
strength and wits to calculate his birthright..

Jashuni : I am not anyone's slave.. I know myself and I know that I
should be well-provided..

Um-mah : This son of a bitch doesn't carry on with what he has to do..
He's a brilliant boy and he understands Aesop, but he is too selfish
to make his move.. He must be humbled.. Jong-Gun, do the hard work of
humbling this child..

Jong-Gun : You sonnuvabitch, if I had even one-forths of what you have
I would have easily made it on top.. but you are worthless.. you are
so very smart, but so very selfish.. If you do not remain in your
studies for 6 hours a day, I will make you live on the streets.. Am I
clear??

Jashuni : Why would I need to study six hours a day? It is too easy,
I finish the work and get the best grades even though I play around..
it is much more meaningful this way.. It means I'm on top of the whole
school and at a place where having muscles in the head isn't enough to
win over my born intelligence..

Jong-Gun : Agreed.. but you must learn by the stick..

Jashuni : Are you Confucius? Be your own person, father..

Jong-Gun : That is it. You will live on the streets from this point
on..

Jashuni is kicked out and forced to make his own way through life
while his father is waiting for his return so the picture he paints is
clear.. Jashuni instead gets an office job after impressing the
company he was striving for through intelligence tests.. He makes his
way slowly but sure to the high end of the company. His father is
pained mixed with a kind of utter euphoria that he could actually do
this.. His father invites him back to his home.. Jashuni knowing
this drops his job and takes his right foot forward to join the Yokuza
equivalent in Seoul. He pummells his opponents motivated by the need
to destroy himself.. He lets his head wide-open for destruction and he
takes hits there but he spits knowing that he still has plenty of
braincells left, and that nothing of this sort could do justice
otherwise he be in a coma..

Jong-Gun's life was filled with discipline.. If he didn't apply
discipline with his inner-strength, he would no longer bear Chojin as
his second name.. But the discipline grew a force that wanted to be
shown. As such it remained statuistique contained in that place where
he kept all things wrapped up inside as anger.. As his fury increased
compressed by his discipline in Chojin and in the way of the Heavens
he too became Kyoto..

Jashuni grows up to bow before his father being at the age where he is
supposed to prepare for his entrance exams.. He is welcomed back as
his father is dark and hovering presence. Jashuni finds oatmeal on
his table and his room is a tight quarter designed to administer pain
in his studies.. He knocks the oatmeal over and Jong-Gun grabs his son
and wrestles him to the ground.. Jashuni pulls a clever maneuver but
Jong-Gun who is a company executive with a history of taking Judo
brings his son down and submission holds him. Jashuni begs for
forgiveness and he is let loose..

Jong-Gun : Now in my house you must learn to respect me as your
Master.. and You Must do to work.. that is all I have left to say..

Jashuni works eight hours in his little cubicle and in 2 months he
gains mastery of what took other students 5 years of hard work to
merely remember.. He takes his college entrance exam and is on the
top of the list. There is much jealousy there but it is essentially
respect.. Women try to impress him with their pretty glances, but he
is like stone and he looks past them.. Jashuni confesses, from this
point on I will waste no time.. And after receiving his pHD and
working hard as a CEO for a company he himself designed, he becomes
much like his father but with more potential and brilliance than his
father could ever show.. Jong-Gun holds him in deepest respect..

Um-Mah : Have you not taken your son golfing? It's a bright day..
things are going right with him.. I urge you to take him to the range
and bond as fathers and sons should do.. Are you not proud of your
son? He has exceeded what you expected of him..

Jong-Gun : Geh-se ki.. Geh-se ki.. *he begins to cry silently*

Jashuni being on the fast lane decides that life is insufficient.. He
cuts his wrist and falls to the ground dying as he bleeds on the
floor. Jong-Gun sees him lying on the bathroom floor of his son's
house and quickly picks him up and takes him to an emergency unit in
Seoul. Jashuni even though he is close to death sees his father there
and he grips his hand.. His will to live increases and with blood
transfusion he is in the hospital bed recovering. Jashuni gets up one
morning and pulls out the tubes on his body and rushes to get back to
work, but the doctor complains.. He signs for a discharge and gets out
of the hospital dressed casually.. He returns back home to be in his
best suit. His life is a success, but is entire lifetime consists
only of pain.. But he doesn't mind. This is the way of the strongest
seed in the Eastern civilization as it has somehow crossed with
Western civilization..
